Thursday Morning Online Practice
If you enjoy early morning meditation practice, join several people on Thursday morning for a practice session starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 8 AM. It is currently a hybrid event with most people participating virtually and a few attending in person, fully vaccinated and masked at Dharma Gate. We start with 2 periods of sitting followed by a short sutra service and end with a period of mindful eating in silence, a dharma discussion and close with some time for personal sharing. Regular participants rotate the roles of Zoom host, bell ringer, chanter and sutra leader every 2 months. Join us!
