Monday night practice is meeting in-person at Dharma Gate,
supported by a hybrid model on Zoom. We are open to all.

We are a peer-led Sangha.  For our Monday night practice, this means members of our community support each other by volunteering to facilitate or lead an evening practice (called Facilitator) or to help set up our Zendo (called Setup host).  If you have any questions or would like to volunteer for Facilitator or Setup host, please contact info@mindfulnesspugetsound.org.

Covid/Flu Protocols at Dharma Gate for Monday Night Practice

As a reminder, we require the following protocols to be followed at Dharma Gate:

  • All guests must sign in on the clipboard whenever visiting Dharma Gate. 
  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and join us for our hybrid online practices.
  • Masking requirements are reviewed regularly and in coordination with recommendations from the WA state department of health. Currently, these include masking for added protection against COVID-19, for those who are immunocompromised, living with someone immunocompromised, or who may just feel safer wearing a mask. Masking protocols may change at any time
  • Masks are provided at the door, if needed
