Dharma Gate Open House and Yard Sale

With so many new neighbors surrounding our facility, the Dharma Gate Facility Committee is sponsoring a Yard Sale and Open House on Saturday, Sept 23^rd.  In the past, we have found this an easy way to get to know many of the people who live around us and to demystify our facility that is looking more and more unique in the neighborhood.  It also allows us to recycle some of the furnishings that we have accumulated in our closets and basement at Dharma Gate.

We need your support to carry out this event. We already have a number of items identified and put on the table in the basement near the retreat supplies that will get the sale started.   We also welcome any donations of useful items, clothing or small furniture that are in good condition for the Yard Sale.  Please don’t bring large amounts because many items won’t sell and we will have to take the unsold items to Good Will at the end of the event.   We welcome your suggestions and ideas for the event and they can be sent to Ellie Graham at elinoragraham@gmail.com
