What You’ll Learn: Join us for a supportive series introduction to the art of Mindfulness, Sitting and Walking Meditation, Loving-kindness and Compassionate Awareness

  • Cultivating Loving-Kindness and Self-Compassion
  • Compassion for Others and Interbeing
  • Joy Gratitude and Mindful Living
  • Staying Grounded in Turbulent Times

Class Detail 

When: Tuesday evenings starting  May 6 – June 10, 6:30 to 8:00 pm 

Where: Dharma Gate, 1910 24th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98144 

(In person attendance is preferred but Zoom is available)

Cost: Sliding Scale $0-$60 (No one turned away for lack of funds–all proceeds support Mindfulness Community of Puget Sound)

Open to Beginner and all Levels (Everyone welcome)
